Progress time!

Sooo! 2 months left to my surgery!!! :D I can’t wait. My jaws looks MUCH different than before braces, I’m sooo omg, that was the best decision in my life! They are still looks, hmm not perfect (of course, i’m still before surgery), but i never smiled as much as in last 2 years <3

I desaturated it this time, to make it less gross, i don’t wan’t to make you feel offended, or disguisted ;)

OHMYGOD!

I came back from orthodontist. Oh My Dear GOD ;;;___;;; i cried on their chair. Because. After just half of year, my jaws are in surprisingly good position. Doctor made my new jaws model and how it will look after surgery. And oh god I think we didn’t know that everything will go so well so fast, doctor surgeon will see my model tomorrow and will say if i can go on simulation ;__; he may call to me. Maybe my surgery will be faster than i thought. I hope ;__; I’M SO EXCITED i even type like a retard now

So far so good! :D (watch out, my teeth here ;w;)

ohgod I’m so happy, changes are SO visible, and this is just 5 months with braces ;w;

It was the best decision in my life. My totally f*ed up bite is on a good way to look good, like, finally :D! I’m more than happy <3 My dream team is amazing, i love them so much, and always can’t wait for the next visits. Too bad it is so damn expensive, otherwise all treatment process would be absolutely PERFECT

and some progressssss <3 (don’t look if you don’t want to look at other’s teeth XD )

Cupcakes with berry fruits

Recipe is from HERE (yes i’m molesting this site, i still have a long list of recipes i want to try from there XDD ) which is orginally¬† from Donna Hay magazine (recipe for “Berry cupcakes” but a bit modified). I also modified it due to lack of some ingredients at home ;p

INGREDIENTS:
–¬† 125g of soft butter
– 3/4 cup of sugar (i used 250ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 eggs
– 1 and 1/4 cup of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 cup of milk

– berry fruits – Originally they are mostly blueberries (also with other berry fruits) but i’v had only strawberries XD

There is also fluffy cream top, but i didn’t make it XD

To make it you will need:
– 250ml of very cold 30% cream
– 80g of little meringues
– and some berry fruits
Whip the cream, mix with crushed meringues and fruits.

Okay, back to the cupcakes XD
put butter, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl and mix them by blender (for about 15 minutes)

Add eggs (one by one) and mix it well

Sieve flour with baking powder, and add it by a spoon (not all at once) by turns with milk.

put to the cupcake forms (lol i didn’t have enough paper forms, so i had to do some in silicoon one XD ) more than 1/2 height
cut some strawberries (or other berry fruits) and put on cupcakes
bake in preheated oven 160C for 20 minutes and next in 170C for 10 minutes

I melted some white chocolate (but it’s my own taste XD )

chocolate cake with mousse

RECIPE IS FROM HERE which is originally from Crave: A Passion for Chocolate book :)

Ingredients:

CAKE
– 150g of butter
– 150g of dark chocolate
– 5 big eggs
– 1 spoon of cocoa
– 170g of fine sugar

MOUSSE
– 100g of butter
– 100g of dark chocolate
– 3 big eggs
– 2 teaspoons of cocoa
– 115g of fine sugar
– 2 teaspoons of gelatine (melted in 80ml of hot water)

Also: baking paper, 20-23cm round form.

Making the cake:

Melt chocolate and butter

Mix egg yolks with cocoa

whisk egg whites, add sugar (add sugar in 3-4 parts)

Mix egg yolks mixture with chocolate. And next mix it gently with egg whites foam

Butter the form, and put baking paper inside.
Pour the liquid inside

Put in preheated oven. Bake about 25-30min in 180C
cake will collapse and will make a space for mousse :)
don’t take it out of the form.




MOUSSE

Prepare mousse like the cake – melt chocolate and butter, mix egg yolks with cocoa, whisk egg whites with sugar.
Mix chocolate with egg yolks, add melted gelatine, add egg whites foam, and mix them gently.

Pour mousse to the collapsed cake, and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. (but it’s better on the next day :D )
cut it by hot knife
